Inside, 2016 Chevrolet Traverse is very spacious, functional and comfortable. The design of interior is very simple but very well equipped. It is able to accommodate eight passengers in three rows of seats. The front seats are supportive. The second and the third row can be folded down for extra cargo space. The cabin is made of soft-touch materials and we will notice silver accent details. It will produce 288 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. It will be available with AWD and FWD. As for the fuel economy, it is rated at 17 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway with FWD. With AWD, it is rated at 16/23 mpg in the city/highway drive.
Release date and price
2016 Chevrolet Traverse should hit the market in late 2015, according to the rumors. Speaking of the price, it should be around $29,000 for the base model.
