General Motors is launching its brand new model 2016 Cadillac LTS.It is a full-size sedan which is eagerly expected by many fans and will show many changes.

Exterior Redesign and Changes

2016 Cadillac LTS will ride on a new Omega platform. As far as the exterior look is concerned, it will be very powerful and handsome. It will have a long hood, and it will generally be wider and longer. Headlights are thin, long and specifically shaped. LED lighting is available for both, front and rear lamps. Mesh grille will be framed with chrome stripe, and so will be the windows. It will have new, larger alloy wheels. Judging by its attractive look, we expect it to be very popular, and it will definitively draw huge attention worldwide.

The interior of 2016 Cadillac LTS is a pure luxury. The cabin is quite spacious even for the occupants on the rear seats and it can accommodate five passengers. There is also a plenty of space for the luggage. Only high quality materials are used in its design. Seats are covered with leather and can be positioned in many different ways electronically. Speaking of the equipment, it will include many modern features such as audio system with speakers, navigation, Bluetooth, USB, steering wheel with controls, large display on the center of the console, cruise control and many other infotainment and safety features.

Engines and Performance

2016 Cadillac LTS will be powered with a 3.6-liter twin turbo V6 engine which is capable to produce 420 horsepower and 370 lb/ft of torque. It will be paired with a six-speed or eight-speed automatic transmission. The power will be sent to rear wheels and all-wheel drive will be optional. It could also appear with a 5.3-liter engine and a 6.2-liter V-8 which will make 600 horsepower and 600 lb/ft of torque.

Release Date, Price and Competitors

2016 Cadillac LTS is expected to hit the market sometime in the end of 2015. As for its price, we believe that it will be around $75 000. Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Audi A8 and BMW 7 Series will be its main rivals.
